[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]To our Complete Dental Care Patient Family,

We want to share what Complete Dental Care is doing in response to the Coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak. The health and safety of our patients, team members, and community is our #1 priority. Please be assured we are closely monitoring developments and implementing several safety precautions.

We will remain open and take care of our patients as usual. As always, we will follow all OSHA guidelines for infection control. In addition, we use additional steps to monitor our sterilization methods. The office will be following the CDC’s recommendations as we learn more about this virus. We have increased our disinfection protocol, and our deep cleaning schedule of our office.

In addition we have asked our team members to refrain from handshaking during this time. Please do not view it that we are not happy to see your smiling faces, you are what makes coming to work worth it.

We ask you to please reschedule your appointment if you feel ill, have experienced a fever in the last 24 hours, developed a cough, or feel you have been exposed to someone with these symptoms. Do this at any time prior to the appointment, without any worry of disrupting the schedule. We will get you rescheduled for a later date.

In an attempt to minimize the number of individuals within our office, we respectfully ask that only patients with a scheduled appointment, and an accompanying adult if necessary, come to the office. At this time, we are requesting that siblings, friends and guests of our patients wait in the car. We love meeting and interacting with your friends and family and hope this is a very short-term request.

As per CDC guidelines, it is important for you to wash your hands frequently or use hand sanitizer as needed. We have hand sanitizer and soap for your use when you visit the office.

We have also communicated to our team that they should remain at home if they are experiencing symptoms. We may experience some short-staffed days in the future, and appreciate your patience during this time.

We appreciate your assistance with these guidelines. As always, we want to provide you with a world class experience, the best possible dental treatment, and a safe and enjoyable visit. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We stand ready to help you in any way we can.

Sincerely,
Dr. TJ Scarborough, Dr. Nick Sampalis and Team[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
